 I know there might be posts about this, but anyhow. I have a rose t-mobile behold. When I start up my behold, I get to this password lock screen and I don't have the password. I tried locking myself out and using the master reset code, but it wouldn't lock me out. How many times does it take to lock you out? Also I tried a hard reset using the power button and the volume keys. The blue screen and then the green screen. Then the green screen just stays there. I waited two hours and nothing happened. Is there a way to acces the keyboard that maybe I don't know about. Any other ways to factory reset without usb? Thanks for any help.

I did, but they told me they couldn't help me, all they could do was give me the master code.
