Behold and Windows Mobile Hotmail

Only way (so far) i know of getting to hotmail is to use opera.  But might wanna follow the rest of the regulars on this forum and just get a gmail account.

you cant seem to access msn or hotmail!

Ok. You DO have to get a GMail account. You can even import your old hotmail messages. But after you do, go into settings and then accounts and imports and add your hotmail account under check mail using pop3. Thankfully, MS finally added pop3 support to live last month so you can access it. Here's the settings:

pop server:  pop3.live.com
port:  995

Put in your user name including @hotmail.com and your password.

make sure to check the box next to "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail."

If you want gmail to delete the messages out of your hotmail account, you can also make sure "Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server" is not checked.

There you go. Now add gmail as an email provider in your Behold's email options and you're all set.

yeah i had the same problem
like someone said earlier
I use opera and it works great
but recently, i went to the regular web browser and tried to go to hotmail, and somehow it worked
it came in the same format as it does on opera
so now i use which ever browser i please to check my email
