The driver makes the fone USB compatible with tk.  If you have vista, plug your fone in and it will auto install. If you have XP download the USB driver and install it.  Close PC studio, put your fone on usbsettings>ask  and plug in the cable.   run tkfileexplorer and copy the jar/jad file to the exe/java/games folder.

There you go. easy as pumpkin pie.  Menu/apps and you will see the games you installed.

Im using vista, and it doesnt download the driver automatically.

It shows that the driver is not found.

You have to manually install the CDMA driver. everything else installs though!
where can i download the CDMA driver what website can i find it at???

To all those who can't find a com # under the port drop down menu, is your USB connection setting on your phone Samsung PC Studio?  Cause it needs to be Samsung PC Studio, not mass storage.

i have downloaded tkfile explorer and put the com in and it shows phone but it wont open so that i can see the files on it

Did you click the "connect" icon??  If you did and it still didn't work, try closing TK, and then re-opening it.

this is wack
i dont even knw where to start
and its really confuzing.....
someone help me...
i cant download it...
What do you mean by you can't download it?? What exactly does it say when you click the link to download TK FileExplorer?

When you connected your phone to the computer did you choose PC Studios as the option?  If not, you need to do so.

I have a Mac G5 running 10.4 and can not find anything that works??
I Watched a video on utube and this sites pages must load differently on a Mac cause the pages look different?? Even the phone it seems hooks up differently on Mac when I hook it up I only get 3 folders to import files; Images, Sounds and Videos.....

Is there any thing I'm missing or are Mac folks just SOL

Thanks, Donna

Have you downloaded Samsung PC Studio to your Mac?  That should make a difference on how your phone connects.  When you plug your phone in, it should pop up a choice on your phone that says Connect: PC Studio or USB Mass Storage.  You have to choose PC Studio to install apps using TK Explorer.  USB Mass Storage is how I transfer movies and photos back and forth.  Not sure how big a difference that makes using a Mac, but there should be some way to do it fairly easily.  I'm sure there are several posters on this board that use Macs.
