For some reason I find the USB port that my phone is in(its in COM3) and the computer finds the phone fine but when I click the little "plus" sign there are no phone internals please help I want some games for phone.

weird try restarting your phone and pc, if that doesnt work call tmo for a replacement

I'm having the same problem (com3 also) were you able to fix yours?

PLEASE HELP ME.....!!!!! I JUST PURCHASED THE BEHOLD...
I AM GETTING THE SAME PROBLEM AS ABOVE!!!!
INSTALLED EVERYTHING: TK, SAMSUNG STUDIO, NEW DRIVERS...
SAMSUNG STUDIO WORKS BUT IT'S WORTHLESS... CANT INSTALL GAMES W IT, RIGHT???

MY TK FILE EXPLORER FINDS THE PHONE AS PHONE P.... THEN I CAN'T DO ANYTHING
I'VE ALREADY RESTARTED COMP/PHONE MANY TIMES, WATCHED VIDEO COUPLE OF TIMES....
I'M JUST NOOOOOB.... PLS SOMEONE HELP ME & THE DUDE ABOVE.

it doesnt give me port options and when i put in 5 or 6 it still doesnt work. did i do something wrong?

Go back through and make sure you instsalled all the drivers correct, and try sswitching usb ports. And if a port doesn't show up you can't just punch one in, that's like not having a bank acc. Number and just making one up

I'm definately lost...i have downloading everything i need, but the JAD folder for a game wont let me open or something is going on...i have done everything there is but the JAD feature is making me stuck.  very new with this phone, any help is appreciated.
