Ok, so I like to use my alarm to wake up and I have it set to go off Mon-Fri but it doesn't go off. I have the lil' clock on top saying that it's on and the auto power is on but it just doesn't go off and I end up oversleeping. I don't wanna get an actual alarm, I paid a lot for this phone. Thanks for any help I can get!

i too use my behold as my alarm clock in the a.m.  i had this problem for about a week and found (once i rechecked the alarm settings) that it wasn't actually "On" as i thought.  i'd advise to recheck your alarm settings.  let us know if you've started making it to work on time.

yeah... it's really not bad... just on of those things where you're like, "i'm such an idiot".  haven't had any problems in a while with getting up on time.  matter of fact... they have some pretty annoying tones on the phone that force yo uto get up and turn the thing off.

I am having issues with my alarm too.  But this isn't an "im so stupid" moment.  This morning I failed to wake up because the alarm never went off.  I know 2000% that I set it in the on position last night before I went to be but when I woke up, it was in the off position and never went off.  I thought maybe I just didn't hear it, so I did a test while I was at work.  I set it to go off in 15 minutes, put in in the on position, and 15 minutes later....NOTHING!  I went back and checked the settings and again, it was in the off position.  This gets very frustrating, because I have overslept numerous times because of it!

i swear your story sounds so close to mine.  unfortunately i can not duplicate the problem.  my advice... recheck your alarm settings.  make sure 1.) the alarm is set to on.... 2.) that auto power is set to on... 3.) that it's set for the correct a.m. / p.m. time.

let us know because this seems to be a issued with more than a few.  i haven't had an issue with alarm in while but then again, i haven't had to change it since it's only set mon - fri at the same time 7:30 am

I have had the same problem too, The remedy was to just turn off the phone and turn it on again. I really don't know if that does anything but it worked for me! Cheesy

I'm not having a problem with my alarm not going off, but I have my alarm on the highest ring level, and for the first 2 weeks it was totally fine and rang  super loud. now for some reason even though the settings were never changed it rings at this super soft level. I've tried resetting the ring volume and everything. Totally obnoxious.
