First off I would like to know how i can raise the volume of my bluetooth when it is connect. The bluetooth itself does not have a volume up or down button so i was wondering how to do this with the phone, and the side up down button does not work for this as it does with the ear piece.

I would also like to know if there is anyway to increase the number of letters you can put into and event or alarm because I am a general contractor and use my phone for scheduling and 15 letters is just not enough to put what i need in there?

An help or advise on these would be great. And if I can't do anything about these looks like it might be time to turn this phone and get something else lol.
