I think I read somewhere before on how to remove the arrows and white space, so it's a full touchscreen game... I couldn't find it anywhere though so I may be mistaken. Does anyone know how to do this? Or know of a link to where I can read about this?

you can remove the buttons on games, but it will leave a white bar at the bottom where the arrows are supposed to be.  i would not advise changing games because some of them  you have to have the arrows.  Apps you can remove the arrows if you want and most (if they are touchscreen) will work fine.
