Touch Screen doesn't work anymore

As the title says, my touch screen doesn't work anymore and I mean at all. The phone is out of warrenty, it is my second behold. Does any one know of a way to do a master reset to your phone via computer if it connected from the usb port?

Or have any ideas how to fix it?

You might need to replace the digitizer. There are instructions (possibly a video) on this board. Digitizers can be bought pretty cheap on ebay. I'm not sure if that's the problem, but I don't think there is any way to do a reset via the computer.

Have you done a search? There might be other solutions.
