software cd ?

i am very new to this website and really don't know how it works. I just got my phone and i have so many questions which i searched. i watched persians video how to install etc, and of course i am a true ditz and am not afraid to admit it, but i've installed everything, restarted my computer and it still doesn't work. I'm pretty sure that i didn't do something correctly and with my bad vision i probably missed something from the video since the words are a bit tiny for me to read [no offense to pers.].

anyway, does anyone know if there is or is going to be a software CD that I can get so that it would make my life a lot easier just to get some damn pictures of my daughter on to the phone?

may i add, i have never had so much diffculty with a phone EVER! I had the wing before this phone and my husband has the G1 and we've had no problems with downloading onto it, etc; but this phone is by far the most complicated ever.

which part do you not understand?  If you want, I can send you a cd or compressed file of everything you need with fully written instructions.

okay, like i said, i installed everything, i.e i downloaded pc studio and usb driver from their site. All i asked is if there is or are they going to have a CD for it to make it a lot more easier for people who aren't computer smart! thanks.
