I was told by customer care you can still do the extended plan at the store. I would just call and make sure how much you would need to pay when you went. Cause I think you may only be able to split 100 over 3 months but It may depend on the personal account.

I was on Samsung's site and clicked on "Buy Online". It took me to Letstalk.com and I got a smokin' deal plus had my phone shipped to me where I work in Alaska.  There are no T-Mobile stores in AK so this was the best option for me at the time.  Anyways...I got my phone for free plus a $100 mail-in rebate card and my TMO service, AND.....paid nothing up front.  AAAAND....my phone works perfectly...no glitches.

Okay well .. I recently dropped my behold in the water (shoot! I know..) and I believe it's dead now.. currently on a 2-year contract with it and was wondering.. where would be a cheaper price? Should I go to the store and do a cancel fee and stuff or buy a brand new phone from samsung or ebay?..

Buy them from the store i just got done fighting with t mobile for over a week about where my phone was. (i bought the fast shipping for 20 bucks). They are on a huge back order. I would of had to wait 2 extra weeks for them to send it. I canceled order went and picked it up from a store it cost me 70 bucks and pay the rest in 3 more payments that start 3 months later.

I bought mine online from newegg.com. Only $79.99, and that was before the $100 rebate. Final cost to me: -$20.01. Ordered on a Tuesday, arrived on Friday.
