my phone just did that today, while launching an app. is this a known issue? it happened to my friend who owns an eternity, i searched btw

Mine will do that occasionally.  Doesn't happen often enough for it to be an issue with me, but maybe about once every couple of weeks or so.

its one of the beholds glitches it happens when u edit pics, play games or apps, and when you download something, also it does it randomly

Yes, the Samsung Behold has a few glitches (too many). Mine will restart after I am done editing a photo and while watching a video.
