problems making/receiving calls and texts

I don't know what happened, but when I try to call someone, my behold can't connect and eventually just drops the call. When I try to text, the screen is stuck at the "sending..." screen and eventually, will ask me to try again, which never works.

I don't think its my service provider, because everyone else in my family plan can make calls/send texts.

I've tried restarting my phone, taking out the battery and putting it back in, nothing within my knowledge seems to work.

Can someone please help me?
