im having a problem connecting my phone with tkfile im using a bran nu laptop when i try and connect it reads "Warning: unable to open specified port. please try again" wat can i do Huh

make sure you have your phone connected to the laptop and have the behold on pc mode not mass storage . try it again a couple times . restart the behold a couple times if that does nt work go to setup and look for the correct for example " com 2" "com # " and press default if none comes up you might want to download and install the behold driver and then give it another try..

here is the driver make sure you have the driver for the behold installed on your laptop here is the driver below ..

Same thing happens for me. Try plugging in your phone to a different USB port. I don't know why, but it does make a difference. If it still doesn't work, try a desktop computer. Mine has five or six ports and only two work.

Oh, and make sure you connect your phone to PC Studios and not the memory card.
