i had tha question and and you guys have answerd so well, i thought i was alone wit this problem. so what ive figured out was that if u foward it, then u can view it. my real question is...IS THIS LITTLE KID COMPETITION, BUSINESS NOT COPING WITH EACH OTHER, GET THA Freak OFF MY LAWN TYPE SHYT HAS GONNA STOP?!?!?!!

Now since you all have this problem, has anyone asked if there's somethin being done about it? This is intolerable, unacceptable, and downright tells you that these companies obviously have sour grapes between them. I'm bout to go to tha tmobile store later; just to see what they say. Other then that, this new samsung phone of mine has fallen beneath the bar of perfect.

ya i think its just that verizon needs to get their problems fixed cuz they're the only provider whose phones pic messages dont show up on my phone while the 23 other people in my phonebook send pics to me with no problem and they dont have verizon

itstoezzy  like i said before. it's really fustrating, and way past excusable. but i've talk to all the providers about it, and basically, they either don't wont to fix it, or don't know how to fix it.  After following this thread. I'm agreed, it seems to be verizon that has the biggest problem.

I think it is indeed LG Verizon phones only. Yesterday I had a friend of ours (my GF has the Behold) send a pic to her Behold. Our friend has a Samsung phone on Verizon. She was able to receive the image easily and view it. But with me (LG Voyager) she has to save attachment, then go back in her folders to view it.

Really odd. But at least it's not ALL of VZW. But sadly her own BF (me) has the phone with the issue. Same goes when I send her a video and ringtone.

She can recieve images from other phones/carriers without an issue.

If nothing shows up press stop then options>save media
select phone or mem card and it will save and you can go and open it!
