I have t mobile as my provider and when I receive picture messaging from my friends that are also with t mobile i have no trouble with opening up the picture it pops right open however when my friends from verizon send me a picture or any other provider besides T mobile  I'm unable to open it up.

I have sent my phone back and just received a new phone just today and I'm still having this problem  Angry. Samsung won't help me they say its my provider however I did some investigating myself before sending back my first phone and took my sim card out and put it into another t mobile phone (not a behold) and had the photo sent again and I had no trouble opening up the photo  it downloaded and opened right up so I know it's not on T mobiles end it's something with the behold.. so I'm just wondering is anyone else having this same problem.. HELP!! Angry

All the providers have been having this problem for some time.  I first noticed it when the wing came out.  I could get a pic message from my daughter on my v300, but couldn't get it on my wing, could get a message from cricket on my wing but couldn't get it on my nokia.  Talk to verizon, sprint, cricket and TMO and they all pretty much said they same thing .   WE ARE RETARDS AND CAN"T FIGURE IT OUT.  Just luck of the draw sometimes i think.  Sending between different companies.

I tried calling verizon and they said they couldn't help me either but what I just don't get is why another t mobile customer can send me a picture message and it opens right up this just makes no sense to me and it's frustrating.. I have to actually save the photo first then go into my photos and then I can open up the photo from my verizon friends to view it that's just ludicrous otherwise all I get is a blank white screen if I try to do it any other way.

Can anyone else test this out that has a behold and let me know if they also have this same issue happening to them. I just want to make sure i'm not going crazy or doing something wrong.

At least when I am sending photos, I have to set the resize below 600. I haven't done 300 only 100. I don't know if this is carrier specific or the phone that I am sending to.

I got my GF the behold for her birthday. Last night she turned it on, inserted the SIM card and a few things went "wrong" and one of these is recieving picture messages and being able to ACTUALLY see them properly.

I'm on Verizon and use a Voyager. I sent her 3 pic messages and when she recieves them, it's just a blank white screen with a "PLAY" arrow up top and "PAUSE" aswell as "STOP" on the bottom screen. As if it were playing a video instead.

But here's what confuses me, if she forwards that message . . . the message actually shows the picture in the new forward outgoing text as she's typing (but a lot smaller).

Why? I checked settings for "recieving pic messages" but nothing seems to do the trick.

I saved "attachment" but when I went to "my pics" it wasnt there.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

What's even worse, is she sent me a pic message and I never recieved it. At all. Last night and I'm yet to recieve it.  Angry

XIV, i'm don't know any way to say this without it sounding wrong, but trust me, it's in the most humbelist of questions.

Did you read the rest of this thread before you posted?

There is no fix.  It's just something between the providers that none of the either know how to, or refuse to fix.

No offense taken. I know, but it's just frustrating. And yes, I know I'm not the only one . . . just annoying how now I can't receive picture messages from her because I'm on Verizon.

Thanks though.

okay, I have the same problem. No pictures show on my phone. So I do click forward, and then just touch the picture/video. then it should give you a few options which i dont remember. just click the one that says like, view this picture, or something like that. It should come up on the phone. Hope this helps =]

^I don't know exactly what you mean, but I'm guessing that after she recieves a pic message . . .go to forward, then when I see the pic click/though the pic in the box of outgoing message and a menus should pop up that says "view" or something?
