So is there a program out there that can help to organize files on the behold (vids, pix, apps)? And is there a way to make a custom theme for this phone, maybe somthing that would allow us to change the font, or the icons? I plugged my behold into my computer and it said "hardware not recognized" or somthing like that.
Anyone got any ideas?

ok so I did find a program on samsung.com which was under support for the phone. to manage the media on the phone, its called samsung PC sudio 3. But my version wont recognize the phone when I plug it in and run the suite.
any ideas, I can see you reading.

Same here. I installed the app on my main computer but it shows "Not Connected" even if I change the phone to do a Studio 3 connection. I have it installed on a laptop and it works fine there though. Not that great of an App though from the little I looked at it. I use MS Media Player to Sync my music, works great!

Samsung PC Studio is a little fussy. There are times when it connects right away and other times that I can't get it to connect no matter what I do. You are better off setting your phone to mass storage and using a file sync utility like SyncToy to sync up when you plug in your phone.
