I try to connect my phone to the computer, and it will not allow the drivers on the computer.  If I download the drivers it still won't recognize my phone!  I've tried on windows vista and windows 7.  I'm ready to throw everything out the window.

I believe the drivers aren't compatible for Windows 7.  Not sure about Vista.  I can't get PC Studio to work on 7, so I use my old laptop with XP when I need it (very rare).  I've heard some people have tried various solutions for 7 and had them work, but not of their techniques worked for me.

After hours upon hours of pulling my hair out trying to get my Behold to work on my Windows 7, I've succeeded.
Yes, I did finally get PC Studio to detect my phone.

I am posting this because maybe it might work for other people.

Firstly, I'll tell you that I have tried everything.  Including downloading both the MCCI driver and PCStudio from the official Samsung downloads page.  I've installed them both many many times.  Uninstalled them, reinstalled them.  Followed the Windows 7 troubleshooting where it allows you to apply a "fix" that doesn't work.  Windows 7 also automatically downloads what appears to be the MCCI (or CDMA) driver from the Samsung site, but that didn't work either.  I even tried running every downloaded file in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP SP 3, no luck.

So what did work?

I'm no expert, but I will tell you what I did and hopefully it will work for you.

Firstly, download both the files from the Samsung site and then also download the file that Windows says is a supposed fix.

I installed all three files and still the phone was not detected by PC Studio.  So I continued toying with things.

Put the three files you downloaded in the same folder.  I say this because I'm not sure which file Windows detects as having the "necessary driver"

Once all that stuff is unzipped and put in a single folder, open your device manager.  Right click the samsung icon that is missing a driver and select "update driver software"  Then when given the option to automatically search the web or install from a specific location, select "install from a specific location".  Then select the folder you saved all your files to.  Windows 7 will then locate the necessary driver and PC Studio will now detect your phone.

I don't know if this will work for you, but it worked for me and now my hair can grow back.
