Help me please?

 I don't know what happened with my Behold. Last night it still worked fine, but today I can only turn it on/off (just red button only) he rest of them look like frozen. I did not drop it or damage at all. I just charge it. I tried using it, I can not press any key on screen.
Trying to remove battery or hold power key it did not help at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated. A friend of mine has same problem on Samsung Memoir too, He does not know how to fix. It is out of waranty.
