i have a question? i have been reading alot of reviews about the ehld on the internert and ive heard that alot of people complain about the camera being to slow to capture pics. Is that true? Is there away  you can change something on the settings to make it better of its worse?

i also have another question. hows the battery on the behold? the reason i ask beacause ive read on some reviews that the battery dies quickly. i wonder if that because they probably use the internet alot. is that true if you use the internet it kills the battery? or say if you have the 3G turned on your phone can that kill your battery, the reason i ask is because they dont have 3G were i live so if i keep it turned off do you think the battery would last longer?

If anybody knows please let me know on both things because im planning to get one this coming week.
So please let me know,it will be great help for me. thanks Wink Wink Grin

the camera is fairly fast, its just the recording that can be slow, so dont expect to take pictures fast back to back.  the battery life is good imo, it lasts 4 days for me.  search around the forums for more reviews and tips

I dont think it has a bad battery life. My experience there has been pretty good and that's with using the internet and all~ Others have said the battery life sucks but perhaps they're using theirs more than me  Huh

I actually DO think the camera is slow to take the picture after you've pressed down the shutter/capture  button. If youre taking pics of some "still" subjects or objects OR adults, then great because they know how to hold still for a moment. But with my munchkins (2 and 3 years old) I hardly ever get good shots becuase by the time the thing takes the picture, all you get is a shot of their back or side, as they've already gone on to something else! LOL
But I must add that it's not a big deal to me because this thing has a MAGNIFICENT camera. I've never been a big picture taker with my cell phones but the Behold has me spoiled, I must say. The flash is great. You can turn it off if you want and I love that you can set the ISO, white balance, etc. It's just like using a digital camera to me. At first I didnt think the camera would matter much to me but it is a nice add~

I have been pleased with the camera and I get two days out of my battery (calls, texts and web browsing). I also do not have 3G in my area. I can't wait until I do.

I cannot tell you anything about internet but my battery is not so great. I don't do anything on my phone, I don't even text - I use it to make one or two phone calls and maybe change wall papers once in a while. Unfortunately, my battery is 70% low at the end of the day. I called t-mobile they sent me a new phone today and I'll see if the battery is the same on the new one. If you ask me, Samsung made a big mistake by selling this phone to consumers because they have a lot of issues with things on the phone. Ah, I wish I would not like Tmobile customer service or I would def. choose a different carrier because every carrier, but Tmobile, has very good phones. Sad

I think the video is great. Coming from a sidekick slide with no video and never having a phone with a great camera, I must say I am impressed with those aspects of the phone. And I have a  home and car charger, so the battery life doesn't bother me. I don't mind charging it.

The camera is slow, but not as bad as some out there, and it does take nice pictures.  If you are willing to reduce quality a bit, in exchange for fast pictures, do the following:  press the camera button, then choose mode (left panel), switch to continuous.  This takes up to 10 (I believe) successive pictures.  It is very quick, but not up to the same quality as the single, slow, shot.

No issues with the battery life. Camera is kinda slow, but it's a 2stage camera if you press the button half way it will auto focus, then when you're read push it all the way and it will snap fairly quickly. I've had more success doing that.
