I'd say calling them would get through better and faster.  In an email response, they can say whatever they want whether its bs or not, but in a phone call, you can tell if they lie.

Matter of fact, I'll go ahead and send a letter to President Bush and then I'll send one to Obama when he gets in. I saw a report about him (Obama) being addicted to his Blackberry (Crackberry) so I know he'll understand!

BUT... If they had any kind of business sense, they would care because word of mouth that so many people hate, or have issues with this phone will kill their future business and "future customers", no??  Kiss

And speaking of "already sold" the product, I can still take mine back and get my money back. I'm still under the Buyer's Remorse period. As a matter of fact, I'll let them know that when I call them.
