Bought my Sandisk 8gig from Ebay no problems whatsoever. Part arrived quickly too, but it all depends on the seller. Make sure the seller has a high approval rating.

I have had good luck with memory on ebay. Note this though, almost all memory cards and HDs sold as new on ebay are actually refurbished.  When you get the memory card, do an undelete recovery on it, it is amazing some of the things you will find.

I'm a big fan of amazon. When i deployed to iraq i used it to buy pretty much everything i wanted that the local px and shops didnt provide, and everything arrived fairly quickly and in good condition. i still use it stateside because its cheaper than any retail stores.
