NEW BACKINGS (back plate)

mann when will they come out with new back plates? lol im sure they will.

but if youre using protection, its pretty much useless, unless its clear

clear is cool, black is my fav but i want crome.

im sure itll come out eventually...along with the pink tassles and myspace programs (cue, "puke my guts out")

Agreed.  I've already managed to scratch my battery cover (OH GOD!!!  ) since I'm too vain to put on a bulky, heinous looking protective case and would like the option to be able to just replace the damn thing.  But I refuse to pay $25 to get rid of a minor scratch!  I'll wait until the thing is cracked, dented, or lost...whichever comes first.

But yeah, you would think that Samsung would sell replacements directly on their site, but I've yet to see anything like this listed.

Oh and I would be ecstatic were someone to actually take the time to create battery covers similar the customized engravings you can have added to the back of a Zune (were you to actually purchase one).  If you haven't seen them, they're bad donkey: http://www.zune.net/en-us/mp3players/zuneoriginals/default.htm  Nothing against Zunes....I would probably never get one...but if I were to get one it would be just so I could have one of those engravings hehe

well for "chrome" or mirror, check out what I did:

it came with 2 mirror screen protectors, so i stuck the 2nd one on the back

i like that mirror thing... like that other fone.... idk what's called..

but how or where on ebay do i buy this? like the link or what to look, search, for exactly... i dnt trust ebay... lol my bro is always havin to return the stuff he buys at least once to get what he really wanted. i dnt wnt that to happen to me... ill get frustrated and trow it away lol.

and it that the clear shell they had? i heard they called it bak.... idk why tho. i cant find it anywhere and that's what they tell me that they asked for them bak.
