I think they should have put a rubberized material around the mid frame, so that when holding the phone, it wouldn't simply slip out of your hands. I am getting used to it now and am not really dropping it anymore, but when I first got it, I dropped it frequently... luckily just on the couch. But, all of my friends that played with the phone dropped it also.

get a silicon case. i got it at the tmobile phone and there's a big diff with it

Either that, search ebay for accessories with the behold. I found great deals on a hard rubberized case. I find that the silacone cases become loose and manage to slip off quite easily when removing from pocket. A hard rubberized case will stay firmly onto your phone and won't leave scratches like a standard hard case.

i like the silicone been haven it for months and not one scratch on my behold well just the screen because my clumsy girlfriend throws it in her purse when i let her barrow it Shocked

lol, yeah i suggest a rubber case too, though i dont use one lol
i suggest u use amazon.com
its awesome
very cheap
ships right to ur home
and usually arrives very fast, earlier than expected

i got a silicone case for a penny and shipping from amazon, can't beat that, plus, i didn't pay cuz i used points to shop, LOL

but, little bits of stuff can slip into the case, but it only causes minor surface scratches that can't been seen unless carefully looking
