i had to reformat my 4gb microsd and then i loaded it with music and pictures and i put it back into my phone and my phone wont stay on itll load up and show auto date and all that but about 3 seconds after that it dies. any help?

um, check the battery charge, and if it was installed properly, and if that doesn't work, get a exchange?

its more than likely a corrupted file. It was happened on my first behold. Then when I got my second one I paid a lil more attention that it resetted when it was trying to read certain music files while using the media player.

also, there is this flaw where if you have edited a photo, with all the cool editing features the behold has, once u save it, the behold needs to restart to be able to save

i know i hate that 2 ways it turns off by itself is #1 right after editing a picture after saving it turns of by itself after u press return or press end  uhhhhh !! i hate that very much #2.sometimes when u are playing music on music player sometimes when u press return i hate that shoot im fucken pissed cause i didnt pay 4bills for sumthing that turns off... Angry

yea this happens to me to but not with that il be like txting and klik send and itl turn off and its fully charged or il be on internet and il try to download something and sometimes it just turns off
