Recovering Data?

Hows it going everyone?
I was just wondering if there is anyway to recover data on my old behold.
The problem is that the touch screen went out but all the buttons work.
So since I still had a warranty on it I received a new phone but have to return the old one.
No problem there but I have music/pictures/files saved on the old phone and
I'm not sure how to recover any of it because I didn't save some of them to
my memory card =(.

I tried using the PC Studio but since I can't select PC Studio on the screen,
im not sure how to do this....

So Does anyone have any suggestions as of what to do next?
