Hello, I have a SD card for my phone and it's not showing up as a mass storage device anymore on my computer.  It used to show up with another drive letter when I went to "my computer" on my pc.  I've since changed phones (my 1st one broke).  When I plug my USB cable into my computer, the computer is not recognizing the storage device.  It charges fine so I know the USB end on the computer is working.  I have tried reinstalling the USB software from the Verizon disk and also removed and reinstalled the card from the phone and both didn't work.  If anyone could please give some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance, George

I cannot confirm since my phone hasn't come in yet, but with most phones, you must go into phone settings>connection>and tick mass storage

Try copying the files off the SD card and reformatting the SD card from your phone then moving the files back into the correct folders. Some phones format and read the cards differently... Good luck! Update us if you figure it out/get it fixed Smiley

Verizon? What does that have to do with the Behold? I'm guessing that you have to change the USB connection setting on the phone to Mass storage. you do that by
1) go to menu-settings-phone settings-usb settings (its at the bottom)-select mass storage.
Now whenever you connect your Behold to your pc it should come up in "my computer" as a mass storage drive.
That should work no problem.
