AIM issue=memory card or battery

everytime I log into AIM it says request timed out. I was wondering if it is Battery related, or memory card related. If anyone can help me with this problem I would greatly appreciate it.

wow neither its network related, the server isnt sending/recieving info so its just sittin there waitin for somethin until it times out 300secs i believe

i get it i just restart the phone
aim is not good on phones i just dont know why
