Is there a way to access the Internal Memory on the Samsung Behold?  The T-Mobile warranty guy had me do a Master Reset on the phone (he assured me I wouldnt lose any pictures or videos) and I lost everything.  I am hoping to be able to get the internal memory as a drive letter in windows just like when using a memory card.  If I can get this I can then run a file recovery utility to recover the images. I cant use the PC Studio because Im on Windows 7.  Also, I dont think that gives me access to the file system anyways.

Also, does anyone know if T-Mobile or Samsung offers any recovery services for data?

Thanks in advance.

I don't think there is any way to turn the phone where it will be a drive letter on your computer.  I did a Google search and couldn't turn up anything that suggested Samsung or T-Mo have recovery options for this phone.

TK file explorer might be able to give you some access to the files, but it's not compatible with Windows 7 either.  If you can get on a computer with XP on it you can install PC Studios (needed to make TK run) and TK and you might be able to find something but I'm not positive because I've never tried it.

There is a way to do it. Remove your Sd card and connect your phone to your Computer. And make sure you are not on PcStudio mode. but on Mass Storage.
