Hello Lately I go to take a photo with my camera and on the screen is a tic tac toe type grid. it isn't in the photos when you go back through them but is there when you take the photo. Is there anyway I can get it off? Thank you for all your help

At the camera screen, go to "setup" in the bottom left. At the top there are two tabs, one looking like a camera and the other is a gear with a wrench. Go to the gear and wrench tab. At the bottom it says "guidelines" and you can choose on or off. It should be on. Simply turn it off.
