whenever i wanna watch a video on YouTube or NBC, a screen pops up and says 'USER ID OR PASSWORD UNAVAILABLE'  what does that mean and what can I do to fix it so I can start watching videos?
any help is appreciated. Thanks!

it sounds like a problem of signing into the website rather than on the phone....

try reseting your phone and give it another try.

Also, have you hacked your phone for full html? (search it up in the forum and it might help you out)
