I was wondering when I install Opera Mini (full screen) on the app main screen it says each time that the error is I don't have a web plan but, I was wondering if I could install it without a web plan (sorry if this has already been asked)...thanks.

Unfortunately from what I understand a data plan is required for Opera Mini to work.  I think the only thing that will work with things like the proxy is the default browser.

Download gigsnipers modded Opera Mini. It's stickied in the Hacks and Tricks section. Put it on your phone through TKFE, and yadayadayada, and it will work.
