IT was in a closed box as if you were goin to buy it from the store yourself and i can't use wifi bc my internet on the phone is blocked and idk currently i'm looking for a proxy that works on the B2

hey i just tried to talk to a rep and told them what u said. but im from texas so ur so calif lol. and they said tmo dont do that and i really aimed at them to do me a switch and said well u have been loyal to tmobile and been a customer for us for a long time so we may work out something. and then they said well pay ur past due balance and call back when u do and ask for customer loyalty .im like ok .agghhh i was soo mad cus they  kept saying other things like well have u cheked the proximity sensor when u txt >? i said no. its not that

I just called them, I have gone through 7 beholds..from freezing issues to speaker issues. i am on my 8th one. Well I told them what you said to and they are sending me a behold 2. Thanks!!!! I hate the Behold1!

I have no data plan,and I turned the wifi on and I am online with no issues. Do you know if they will charge me for using that? If they do I will fight it because they shouldnt have given me that as a replacement and not mention that it needs the data plan. Know what I mean. Anyways its kind of a hard phone to get to know. I am sure I will get used to it but the wifi does work without the data plan.

actaully i thought that also (using wi-fi needs to be charged) so i called them up when i started learning new stuff about it and actually no you shouldn't be charged, and they also said if you see any charges (still none yet) call tmo up and fight it and say that there was no info about wi-fi being chargable so yea i use it all the time and no charge yet!!!
