THE GREATEST 100% WAY TO GET THE BEHOLD 2

i have insurance or waranty for the behold t919  wathever its called , so i baicly call them up and what do i tell him , what exactly did u tell them . plz help me reply bak . and willl it work , ? also they tell me to talk to make a claim?....what do i tel them ? to talk to the claim person or regular person? if u help me i wud be apreciate it

u had to trade ur phone bak right the behold t919 . n are they going to send  u a brand new one ? with the box or just the phone ? nd did u have to get data plan with it . and can u only get the behold 2 for trade or mytouch 3g ? whats the choices?

OK  to clear this up alll i did was call up tmo and when the automatic service asks you if your the person payin the bills (when they ask for the last 4 digits of ss) go to techincal support and when a representitive answer just say i have the behold t919 and latley (i said about for a month) my behold has been crashing and super lagging. They would ask you what the screen shows or says just say it just freezes when your texting and the screen just freezes and when you try to get out of it it crashes. Then they'll say yes we've heard this many times this phone is known for its crashing and we can try to help in other words they'll do w.e it takes to keep you satisfied. Then they'll say we have a samsung_____(W.e the behold 2 is called) and they say it can come in about 7 bussiness days excluding weekends or holidays. then ask you if you want a $20 shipping cost if you want it rushed (about 3 days tops) or the $10 one which would be about 5-7 days.


PS~~~~ i use the proxies and i dont not have the web plan
PSS~~~ they will say they would like you to return the UNIT NOT THE BATTERY OR BACK COVER and when you send it back the company the representitive said the company would check if theres any damages to it ( meaning any MAJOR scrathes or dents) if they find anything bad enough they'll put an extra $100 to your account.

did they make u get the android plan? and can i get aroun that if ii dont want to pay for it if i  trade it for the behold 2 ? and which rep do i talk to the 1st which talks to me 1st or do i got to talk to the 2nd person wich is in charge of the claims cus one time like 2 months ago they told me i needed to talk to a diff person if i wanted an diferent phone like the behold 2 . and they said before that the 1st person can give me the same phone but replaced.

hey whatsup, i never did get my behold 2 cus the guy who sended was dum and now im going to get a refund hopefully. but i think its great trying to make them send u the behold 2 in exchange for the behold 1.  i mean might as wel it will be free , like me i pay for insurance on a crappy phone . why not get a diff one . they never updated the behold 1. so why not pay only $10 for the behold 2 for free? ima do it . heck why not
