ok if u do sue them and u did sign a contract and u didnt read it and it said (i will not cancel early) then they charge u that is their right by LAW Look it up....u can sue them but im %100 sure u will crash and burn and u will lose more money than u gain in sueing them.
ok since you want to tell me to look up stuff, why don't you TRY reading the link I posted instead of just rambling. I still do have a contract with t-mobile. The early termination fee was for someone who was on my account who's sidekick LX was stolen, and chose not to get another phone and stay with tmo. You should really look into things before you say 100%. It's most likely going to be a settlement and I never said I was suing anyone.
