it's all in the php script.  i've never messed with it so not sure how you can edit it. but i'm sure theres a way in the admin settings. i'll get it and email persian with how to fix some of the bugs.








Nevermind.   I just read up on how to customize and program flashchat.   The AIML has to be configured with all the questions and responses that you would expect your users to ask, and anything additional it pretty much wings it.  SO that's alot of writing to be able to make the bot do exactly what you want it to say to every possible question.
