I thought about it, but MotBlur while it seems to do what it promises to well, seems to drain tons of battery even with Motorola's big battery. Overall, I would like to see some people reviews, and mainly what they say about battery life.

I've been following this.  TMO bought 4th Qtr rights to Motoblur then it will start being on all phones next year.  The verizon Droid will feature Android 2.0 . So i'm waiting for the Cliq to Upgrade.  More can be read about all this on the G-1 forum.

What can android 2.0 do or what does it add to the current android?

I found this information on it here: http://reviews.cnet.com/cell-phones/motorola-cliq-t-mobile/4505-6454_7-33770768.html

Android Market
As with other Android phones, the Android Market lets you download free and paid apps and games. The quantity and quality of apps continues to grow every day, so we'll spare you the usual "It's not like the iPhone" criticism. We're also glad to see that Google continues to enhance the Android Market interface as it updates the operating system. For more detail on the Android Market, check out our G1 review. For updates and reviews of available Android apps, visit our Android Atlas blog.

It looks like you will be able to download different apps like Opera Mini.

I'm also thinking about the Blur as well but my social networking status is at a minus 5. I'm not into twitter, facebook, myspace, IM or anything of that nature. My must have fix is fantasy football, football message boards and just perusing the internet for interesting topics.

I don't know if it's worth getting the Cliq if you're not a social networking junkie.
