Hi there all my name is Ian and i live in Barbados. Down here we dont use t-mobile we use LIME or DIGICEL. but i just cant seem to get any internet on my samsung behold here. Both these ISP's tell me that t-mobile has the phone locked. How do i get help with this problem ?i bought the phone in Puerto Rico and wanted it for business purposes that why i need internet

Try calling TMo and tell them you are traveling out of country and need the code to unlock it.

yeah, or search youtube
i have seen tons of youtube videos telling you how to unlock your phone
try that, then whichever network u use, u gotta get an internet plan with them
