Samsung Behold Headset Problem

I am using the headphones that came with my behold, when i use the headset for a while 10 mins or so while running/listening to music, the phone begins to dial by itsself and If i ignore it it then opens the voice command menu and stops the music. it also stops the phone from closing the screen if the headphones are plugged in. It will do this for a while and i have to keep unplugging and plugging the headset in to stop this.

At first I thought it was a software problem and had my phone warranty replaced so its my second phone and still the same problem.

Im wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Could it be the headphones? And does anyone know if they will replace them?
