Charger port to headphone cable

Has anybody tried this cable?

I was looking for a way to use my Shure ear buds instead of the crappy (IMO) ear buds that came with the phone and found these on ebay.  I searched on dealextreme to see if they had a cheaper version, but nothing came up.  I also don't want to spend more money on a bluetooth set, especially since they don't work with videos.

edit: just realized the one in the original link was for a car or speaker aux input.  I put the right one in this time.

Thanks!  Though I did more research and found this one, which has a built in mic, is a Samsung OEM but it's a little more expensive.

Thanks, but I ended up finding one for $3.99 with free shipping on ebay.  There's one there now for $5.99 with free shipping.  Hopefully I'll get it soon and can report back.

Yeah, I got it yesterday and it works perfectly with my headphones.  I haven't tried to use the mic yet though, but if it works, it would make for a super cheap no hand car adapter.  I would just clip the mic on a vent and use the car speakers.

My only problem with it is that the cord is long.  It shouldn't really be a complaint, but my headphones have a long cord and if I want to clip the mic to my shirt or something, I'm going to have to wrap the wires somehow.
