how do to you get  software update and how do you use it  and why we have it?

If you mean software for the phone, there isn't an "update" per se, however some people have been sent phones with a newer interface...but it's not much different.

If you mean software for PC Studio, then go to the Samsung website and you should find it there.

if u mean update for the phone
u can find it in the settings section in the menu
its the last option
but there is no update currently
and im guessing there will never be an update
