Hi all. I recently had a Samsung Behold, but just got a Vibrant.
The reason I had to get a new phone is because my Behold completely froze up..I could not touch a thing. Nothing responded. The hard buttons would work, but that only gets you so far. So basically that meant I lost all access to my files...pictures, videos, contacts, etc.
A guy at T-Mobile said that I could download Samsung PC Studio, and connect my phone to it via USB to get my data back.
I've been searching, and I can't find a current version of the Studio.
I don't know where I'm going wrong, but I need this program.
I'm running Windows Vista.

Can someone please help me out and direct me where to go? Thanks a bunch!

Same thing happened to me!! But it works sometimes though.  I think it related to the temperature of the phone.
