I have unlimited data plan, but there is no option is grant the permission.

Please help.

Did you download the signed version?  I think apps that access the net, must be signed for them to work on the behold.

I just got Google Maps from the tmonews link that was posted.  I think the .jad is gone from that link, but I created the .jad from the .jar.

Either way, I don't see how this version uses the gps in any way.  There's no option for "use gps" or "center on gps location" like there is on my windows mobile version.  If I go into help and click my location, it says that isn't supported on this phone.

The version I got from the tmonews site says it's 2.3.2.

Is GPS supposed to work with this?  If so, how?

How'd all those posts about mpmaps get in the middle of this thread?  Very confusing.

I donwloaded Google Maps (apparently successfully) but when I run it, the phone tells me I have to grant the program access to the internet. I've read the manual and can't find how to do this. Anybody know?

Same issue occured for me also when I tried installing via uploading the jar to waphq. I deleted the install via tkfileexplorer and then followed original directions with a jad and jar file. I however am not having success making the touch fullscreen mode work via editing the jar

To make google maps full screen, one only needs to edit the jad file. Search this forum for info.

So does GPS not work on Google for everybody?

The GPS works for Mgmaps, but googles does not work

Man, if google maps only had GPS, it would be a perfect program because everything on it is amazing
