What's up with "Recently Played" in the music library?  The list of songs is "Not" what has been recently played, in fact, it never seems to change?

Q: What does "Recently Played" refer to or keep track of?

Q: What actions actually change or update the list and become reflected on the list?

Q: Is there a way to clear the list?

Q: Is there a way to make it accurately reflect what actually has been recently played?
