Help!!
Ok. I will start here. I have down loaded the cd that i got with my phone, set up a account with Rhapsody.(I did not buy in) I transferd music from my itunes but when i plug in my phone to the computer Rhapsody does not show it. Unless i put my put my phone on mass storage then it shows it as a e removable disk, Then i drag songs to it and the card shows the songs but the phone does not!!??? I try to synk the phone and it says Check your connection to the pc.. I do have a 1g card. I have tryed doing the format thing but it erases everything. Angry
Is ther any other eazer way to transfer my music or is somthing wrong with my phone/computer?

Thanks

Ed

I am having a similar issue, I use a mac and have itunes with a lot of songs I've purchased- don't tell me this another money train to Bill Gate's pockets.....seriously, I cannot get any of my music to transfer.
I am loving the phone so far but bought it for the capabilities of having my music to load.

Yes, to copy music to the device, first do this...

menu
settings
phone settings
USB settings
change mode to Mass Storage

after you do this, and plug it into your computer, the computer should see the phone as a storage device.  You can now modify files, or drag and drop etc.

You don't have to change it back if you don't want to, but I do after i'm done copying files over.

Also the spec page says it takes AAC format, so you should be covered.

http://www.samsung.com/us/consumer/detail/spec.do?group=mobilephones&type=mobilephones&subtype=t_mobile&model_cd=SGH-T919CNATMB&fullspec=F

Let me know if that works for you.

i had the same problem

ive noticed that all songs from itunes are locked up!

so barely any device can run it!  Undecided

so its more of apple's fault

i dont think there's a solution to convert locked files
